Located in Brisbane, Australia, Snack On is the collective practice of Björn Rust and Surya Graf. Formed to explore the application of materials and processes, experimental and established, to our independently fabricated products.
Motivated by the freedom and simplicity of a web-based design consultancy, Snack On allows us to pursue a more irreverent approach to product development than our bread and butter projects. We favour guerrilla advertising, pop-up distribution and pufferfish principles.

We put a little something together to remind you of us over the holidays. The Ohnine Mixtape represents a collection of tracks from some of our favourite albums this year. Not necessarily the best from each, but rather those we felt fit.
Tokyo Design Week
Shortly we are heading to Tokyo for Design Week, which includes 100% Design & Design Tide among other exciting project. You can follow the trip in detail via Björn’s personal blog.
Parking Day 09
We’re returning to our roots and in collaboration with Objx we will be establishing a park for Parking Day and Under the Radar. It will be on the corner of Chester and Ella Street, Fortitude Valley during the day and on Mary Street, CBD from 1900-2200hrs. Unofficially this will be our first birthday, so come by for an espresso on us.
Design Island
Surya will be attending and speaking at this years design forum held in the Bay of Fires, Tasmania. He will be discussing best practise in design with a focus on environmental sustainability.
Speaking
On Tuesday the 10th we will be appearing at the Queensland University of Technologies Creative Industries. Speaking about the development of skills necessary to interface with mass global communication as well as just getting things done.
